Building the conditions for great design
I became the leader I am by working in a lot of different rooms: truck cabs, client studios, retail, games and the cloud. The best teams in all of them had the same things in common. People collaborated with real energy, looked out for each other, served a goal bigger than themselves, welcomed different points of view and kept learning. That’s the team I work to build.
What I value
Inspired collaboration
The best ideas come from people building on each other’s thinking, with energy and trust.
Being a good teammate
I show up for the people around me, share the load and make the work easier for everyone.
Service to the greater goal
We do our best work when the customer and the shared goal come before any one person’s agenda.
Encourage diversity of thought
Different backgrounds and points of view make the work better, so I make room for them and ask for them.
Growth mindset
Every project is a chance to learn. I give people room to stretch and try new things, and I hold myself to the same.
How I lead
Cross-Functional Partnership
Building trust with PM, engineering, and executive stakeholders. Making design a respected voice in product decisions at every level.
Design Strategy
Connecting product vision to design action. Translating business goals into priorities that create real user and company value.
Team Building
Structuring design organizations for scale — hiring, growing, and retaining top talent while building cultures where people thrive.
Research & Insight
Making user research a strategic driver. Building programs that surface insights leadership can act on.
Design Systems
Building and governing scalable systems that accelerate delivery and maintain quality coherence across large platforms.
Design Operations
Systems, tools, rituals, and processes that make design teams faster, more consistent, and more impactful across the org.
Leading with curiosity
Strategic vision
I keep a holistic perspective — constantly evaluating how to deliver optimal impact for the moment, not just the roadmap.
People-first leadership
My greatest satisfaction is seeing team members go beyond their potential.
Business-minded design
I lead with a business mindset.
Product success is what lets us keep creating things that enhance people's lives.
Root-cause curiosity
I ask the why behind the why. Real insights come from understanding people, the context they live in, their needs, and the drivers behind their behaviors. Our goal is to make people’s lives better.
