I’m a compassionate user experience leader with over 18 years applying design thinking to create successful products and services. My experience extends to a variety of product forms and landscapes from vehicle to mobile, web, PC, 10 foot UI, voice, consumer, enterprise, and multi-national.

I most enjoy helping to shape environments for team members to engage in going beyond their “potential.” I’m a successful organizer of people and teams to solve challenging problems and create meaningful solutions.

I am innately curious and persistent in understanding and solving people/org/product problems, often asking the why behind the why. I also keep a holistic perspective constantly evaluating how to deliver the optimal impact and value, for the particular moment in time. I’m always looking for the true insights we can use to create solutions that matter to users. I lead with a business mindset knowing at the end of the day it’s the success of the business that allows us to do what we love; create products and services that enhance people’s lives.

Outside of work I love hanging with my fam (wife and two daughters), listening to all types of music, learning all types of new skills, and traveling.
